Biography: R. Mercogliano completed her PhD in Food Hygiene and the post-graduate Specialization in Food Hygiene from University Federico II of Naples (Italy). In 2022 she took a master’s degree in European food market Law from the Law University of Turin (Italy). Currently, she is Associate Professor of Food Hygiene of the Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production Department, University Federico II of Naples. Her research field is food safety. She has published more than 50 papers in indexed journals.
