Abstract Title: Single-nucleotide Polymorphisms Modelling and Brucellosis
Biography: Andrea Fulgione is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Naples Federico II. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Naples Federico II. His research expertise includes antimicrobial activity, DNA/RNA extraction, case–control association study and immunobiosensors for pathogens detection in food. He has contributed to different research projects on pathogens like Salmonella spp, Helicobacter pylori and Brucella abortus. His recent research interests include also animal breeding and immunogenetics. He has published over 25 papers, including studies on antimicrobial peptide, case-control studies and brucellosis.
